What To Send Us With Your Enquiry
The quickest way to get a straight answer is a date, a rough guest number and a photograph of the room. Colours help, and so does anything you have already booked, because a garland is built to sit with the cake table and the backdrop rather than next to them.
If you have a venue in mind we will tell you what works in it. Some rooms take a full arch across a doorway, some are better with a corner piece, and a few have rules about what can be fixed to the walls. We would rather raise that before you have paid a deposit than on the morning.
For balloons you are collecting yourself, the shop counter is the faster route. Helium balloons, number balloons, bouquets and personalised bubble balloons are made up at 210 Bedford Rd in Kempston, and the shop line is the one to ring. Anything that needs installing is the events line.
