Venue styling
What venue styling can cover
- Ceremony and entrance backdrops
- Draping and fabric
- Balloon installations through the room
- Plinths, props and cake table styling
- Light up numbers, letters and names
- Set up around your venue's access times, and cleared afterwards

01
The whole room, not the corners
Backdrops, draping, plinths, table styling, an entrance moment, the cake table and whatever the room needs to stop feeling like a function room. Planned together so the colours and the finishes agree.
That is the part that is hard to buy piecemeal. Three suppliers all matching to the word blush will give you three different blushes.

02
Weddings and the bigger days
Ceremony arch, aisle, top table, cake table and an evening change if the room has to do two jobs in one day. Wedding decor is mostly about sequencing, not just decoration.
We work to the venue's access times and their rules on fixings, and we clear afterwards so nobody is chasing you for the room at midnight.

03
Themed, when the day calls for it
A circus, a jungle, a colour that runs from the invitation through to the cake table. Themes work when they are carried consistently and stop working the moment half the room is off-brief.
Bring the invitation, the cake design or the outfit and we will build the room around it rather than beside it.

How it runs
From the first messageto the last balloon down
- 01
Tell us the day
The date, the venue and roughly what you picture. A photo you like is plenty to start.
- 02
We plan the colours
Chrome, matte, ivory, blush, sage. We match the room and the rest of your styling.
- 03
We build it on site
Garlands and arches are built at the venue on the day, so they fit the space properly.
- 04
We take it away
Everything comes back down after the event, so you are not left clearing up.
Questions
Asked often
Do you work with my venue directly?
Yes. We will speak to them about access times, what can be fixed to what, and when the room has to be clear. Most venues would rather deal with one supplier than five.
Can you style a marquee or a room at home?
Yes. We have styled marquees, function rooms, halls and homes. A room at home usually needs more thought about power and floor protection, so tell us early.
Do you do the table decorations too?
Table styling can be part of the plan. Tell us what the venue already provides, because most supply linen and some supply centrepieces, and there is no sense paying twice.
What happens at the end of the night?
Installations are collected after the event, so the venue is left clear and the materials come back with us.
