Inflated on the day, not the day before
Helium leaks. A foil number filled the night before is soft by the afternoon, and latex goes further still. Everything is filled on the day you collect it, which is why anything made up needs a bit of notice.
Latex holds for a matter of hours once it is filled, foil for considerably longer. If you need balloons to last into the evening, tell us the time of the party rather than the time you are collecting.

Bouquets, numbers and hand written bubbles
A tied bouquet of mixed latex, foil and chrome. A number for the age. A clear bubble hand written with a name, a date or a message, sometimes with flowers set inside it.
Bring us the wording exactly as you want it. It is written by hand, and it is not coming off afterwards.

How long do helium balloons last?
Latex holds for a matter of hours once filled, foil considerably longer. Everything is filled on the day you collect, so tell us the time of the party rather than the time you are picking them up.
Do I need to order helium balloons in advance?
For anything made up, yes, give us as much notice as you can. Personalised bubbles are hand written and number balloons are inflated fresh, so same day is not always possible.
Can I have a name or a date on a balloon?
Yes. Personalised bubble balloons are hand written with a name, a date or a short message. Send the wording exactly as you want it.
Where do I collect them from?
The Balloon Shop, 210 Bedford Rd, Kempston, Bedford MK42 8HP. Ring the shop on 07799 021533 before you set off if you want to check an order is ready.
Can you match the balloons to my colours?
Bring in a photograph, a swatch or the invitation and we will match to that. It is far more reliable than matching to a colour name.
